The 7-day money-back guarantee
Every Sunny Day subscription comes with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window. If you request a refund within 7 days of the date of your most recent invoice payment, we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, and the refund is guaranteed.
Refunds outside the 7-day window
After the 7-day window has passed, refunds are at our discretion. Where we do issue a refund outside the window, it is pro-rated for the unused portion of the service — you are not charged for time you did not use.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period. If you cancel within the 7-day window, contact us and we will process the full refund under the guarantee above.
How to request a refund
Email our support team from the address on your account and tell us which payment you would like refunded. We action in-window refund requests promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; depending on your bank, the credit can take several business days to appear.
What is not refundable
Charges for usage that has already been consumed and billed (where applicable), and any amounts that are the subject of a chargeback or payment dispute, are handled separately and are not covered by the guarantee above.
